Making a base is an essential part of the Palworld. A perfect base would have easy access to the maximum resources in the game and the ideal place to farm and do more things. You can create more than 3 bases by using a simple mod created by user Doctor Duck. Downloading is quite simple; however, the mode only works with the 0.1.3.0 version. This mod gradually unlocks extra bases, allowing you to establish bases that are higher level than your main base. settings include x1, x2, x3, more bases per base level, and other settings.
Currently, there are options for x1, x2, x3 more bases per base level.
- x1 – You unlock x1 base per level. (Level 2 -> 2 Bases, Level 3 -> 3, etc.)
- x2 – You unlock x2 bases per level. (Level 2 -> 3 Bases, Level 3 -> 6, etc.)
- x3 – You unlock x3 bases per level. (Level 2 -> 6 Bases, Level 3 -> 9, etc.)
There are also options to get x1 new base per x base levels.
- Every 2 – You unlock x1 base every 2 base levels. (Level 2 -> 2 Bases, Level 4 -> 3, etc.)
- Every 3 – You unlock x1 base every 3 base levels. (Level 3 -> 2 Bases, Level 6 -> 3, etc.)
- Every 5 – You unlock x1 base every 5 base levels. (Level 5 -> 2 Bases, Level 10 -> 3, etc.)
How to Download and Install Duck’s Progressive Bases Mod
- Step 1: Visit the provided link.
- Step 2: Navigate to the “Files” section.
- Step 3: Select the desired mod and click on the “Manual Download” option.
- Step 4: Choose between the free slow or premium fast download option.
Once the download is complete:
- Step 5: Open Steam and navigate to your library.
- Step 6: Right-click on “Palworld” and select “Manage,” then choose “Browse local files.” This will locate the actual file location.
- Step 7: Navigate through the folders: Pal -> Content -> Paks. Among them, there should be a file named “Pal-Window-pak.” Leave this file as is.
- Step 8: Now, locate the downloaded mod file. Right-click on it and select “Extract Files.” A pop-up window will appear with options such as “Display” and “New Folder” above.
- Step 9: Copy the link of “Pal-Window-pak” and go back to the extract files pop-up. Cut the link of “New Folder” there and paste the previously copied “Pal-Window-pak” link in its place.
- Step 10: Press “Enter” and enjoy the game with the installed mod.
